Here’s how our showroom sales team recommends you prepare before your appointment:

Plan Ahead

Schedule a hardware selection appointment 2 to 3 months before you plan to move in. While we have a strong selection of hardware in stock, planning early provides you the opportunity to choose from endless customized options to make your space unique to you.

Current Elevations/Plans

Send us or bring current elevations of your space. This is a crucial tool for us:

    • We use it to determine which sizes and styles will be the best fit, and
    • Use it to keep the project organized:
      • we label quantities, as well as create a color-coded layout of where each piece will belong—this saves you significant time during installation.

Know Your Goal

Consider the aesthetic of the space you are building/remodeling.

  • Is it primarily traditional, transitional, or modern?
  • Do the kitchen and bath have the same aesthetic?
  • What finish would you like to use? (Polished chrome, satin brass, flat black, oil-rubbed bronze, etc.)

With a little preparation, you can feel confident that you’re ready to choose the hardware that will beautifully pull together your space.
